Chef

This isn’t your average chef position. One day you may be developing recipes for community meals, the next helping support food entrepreneurs in our commissary kitchen, assisting with events, or bringing creative ideas to life in a space built around hospitality and purpose.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has kitchen and food service experience

• Can lead and organize in a fast-paced environment

• Enjoys creating efficient systems and recipes

• Works well with volunteers and diverse groups of people

• Believes food can bring people together

• Is flexible, creative, and mission-minded

What You’ll Help With

• Recipe development and meal prep

• Kitchen organization and management

• Supporting community meal services

• Assisting with classes, events, and special projects

• Helping create a welcoming kitchen culture

About Us

Table 7three is a nonprofit serving free community meals in Northwest Arkansas.  Olive & Barley is our commissary kitchen and event space designed to support food entrepreneurs while helping fund our mission.

We care deeply about authentic hospitality, serving others with dignity, and building community around the table.
