Director of K-12 Pathways

Position Overview

The Northwest Arkansas Council is creating a new regional workforce intermediary (NARWI) and seeking a Director of K-12 Pathways to coordinate talent development efforts and partnerships with area employers.

Key Responsibilities

• K-12 Partnership Development – Build relationships with superintendents and CTE directors across 16 public school districts
• Employer Engagement – Serve as liaison between employers and K-12 providers
• Pathway Design and Implementation – Lead development of regional pathway models
• Program Quality – Establish quality standards and metrics
• Data Collection and Reporting – Track student outcomes

Requirements

• 6-8 years experience in intermediary organizations, education systems, or workforce development
• Knowledge of career pathways, work-based learning, and industry partnerships
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
