Position Overview
The Northwest Arkansas Council is creating a new regional workforce intermediary (NARWI) and seeking a Director of K-12 Pathways to coordinate talent development efforts and partnerships with area employers.
Key Responsibilities
- K-12 Partnership Development – Build relationships with superintendents and CTE directors across 16 public school districts
- Employer Engagement – Serve as liaison between employers and K-12 providers
- Pathway Design and Implementation – Lead development of regional pathway models
- Program Quality – Establish quality standards and metrics
- Data Collection and Reporting – Track student outcomes
Requirements
- 6-8 years experience in intermediary organizations, education systems, or workforce development
- Knowledge of career pathways, work-based learning, and industry partnerships
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
