I need help.

Over 650 came out to my Hive Networking of NWA Construction Buzz last night.

It was incredible.

I created Hive Networking only 8 months ago. It went from an idea to the largest networking group in NWA in 3 months. My average event attendance is now 530 local professionals.

In the last 3 months, over 2,600 have attended 5 events. 🤯

Other than part-time assistance and help in the group page, it's been...me.

Sales, organization, marketing, graphic design, social media postings, decision making, all of it.

But it's growing too rapidly and I can't keep doing this alone.

✨ I need a director of operations. I need someone with the organizational skills, knowledge and background in running and scaling a business that sees the growth and has the passion to continue exploding this venture alongside me. Someone driven and bold.

I'm disorganized and I have too many ideas. I'm creative and when people tell me I can't, I make sure that I will. 🫣😘

Building SOPS, pipelines, organizing and spreadsheets? A severe weakness of mine. As a beginner in the business arena (20+ years in medicine doesn't serve me much here) I don't even know what I don't know.

At the same time, I DO know I need a person with abilities that I don't possess, to help me continue growing.

So, who has the skills and the work ethic and the patience and the leadership to build this with me? Brownie points if you have experience in networking, event planning, partnership building, and a large community of local connections.

This is a full time gig. You won't have time for a side hustle. 😆 But you will experience so much joy and fulfillment with this job that you won't want one. 🥹
