Responsibilities
- Customer service and front line for all customer needs
- Respond to all issues (hardware and software), prioritize as necessary and resolve
- Document calls and procedures, work/time involved and resolution
- Work ongoing customer projects and communication
- Maintain office, workspace and inventory levels
- Other as assigned
Skills and Knowledge Desired
- Experience with routers and firewalls
- Experience with Remote Desktop Services
- Technical troubleshooting and problem solving
- Good interpersonal and customer care skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft based operating systems (MAC and Linux would also be nice)
- Familiar with Active Directory, Exchange, Azure, Office 365, AWS etc.
- Familiar with virtualization and assorted products
- Strong understanding of networking and experience with network devices
- Basic understanding of PC/computer hardware set-up and configuration
Requirements
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license. Ability to travel and service customers on-site is a must. Travel between company offices will also be required.
- At least a high school degree (prefer some college)
- Flexibility in scheduling and number of hours worked per week
- Ability to take ownership of tasks and ensure complete resolution
- Articulate technical information and convey to non-technical people
- Attention to detail while performing technically detailed tasks
- Ability to deal effectively with stressful situations
- Self-motivation and ability to learn new skills quickly

Compensation
Pay starts at $17/hour but will commensurate with experience. This is a direct hire position only.
Expect 30-40 hours/week.
