Office Assistant (QuickBooks Online Required) – Full-Time
Location: Fayetteville, AR
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Full-Time
We are a growing local flooring company seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support daily operations. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, comfortable with data entry, and experienced with QuickBooks Online.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage email and phone communication professionally
Communicate with customers and vendors regarding invoices and payments
Enter invoices and post customer payments accurately in QuickBooks Online
Process vendor payments and maintain records
Run reports and assist with collections follow-up
Scan, organize, and maintain digital and physical documents
Maintain filing systems
Assist with general office coordination
Requirements (Please only apply if you meet these):
QuickBooks Online experience (required)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Previous office or administrative experience preferred
Job costing and/or construction industry experience is a plus
