The ideal candidate will have an ability to create and maintain an efficient operation systems across scheduling, bookkeeping, payroll, property management, and development. The candidate should be comfortable multitasking in a fast paced work environment while identifying weak points to streamline operations across all areas of the business. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in admin, real estate, construction, finance, or accounting.

Responsibilities

  • Optimizing Schedules - coordinate development, construction, and design schedules by being the top of funnel for all calendar organization - generating weekly checklists, following up on emails, and executing small tasks

  • Streamline Bookkeeping and Payroll - assist with data entry across all projects, take payroll online, create new efficiencies

  • Assisting Property Management and Development - monitor Tenant Cloud (property management software) to sustain high level customer service experience, assist in marketing, assist in permitting process with city municipalities, engineers, and architects, handle all utility communication and coordination

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role

  • Self-Starter

  • Highly Organized

  • Quickbooks Proficient

  • Tech-Driven

$4,000/month
