Position Overview
Circles Northwest Arkansas seeks a Program Manager to implement VOIS Institute programming, focusing on the Fellows Program and community events across Northwest Arkansas.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead weekly program implementation and serve as primary contact for Fellows
- Provide one-to-one coaching in storytelling and public speaking
- Foster supportive cohort experience through consistent communication
- Coordinate speaking engagements and leadership opportunities
- Track participation and progress for evaluation
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years in program management, community engagement, advocacy, or education
- Experience facilitating adult learners from marginalized communities
- Strong organizational and administrative capabilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience
