Position Overview
37 North Expeditions is looking for enthusiastic Seasonal Adventure Guides to lead outdoor experiences in beautiful Northwest Arkansas.
Responsibilities
- Lead guided outdoor adventures including hiking, biking, and kayaking trips
- Ensure guest safety and provide excellent customer service
- Share knowledge about local trails, nature, and history
- Maintain and care for outdoor equipment
- Assist with trip planning and logistics
Requirements
- Passion for the outdoors and Northwest Arkansas
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical fitness and ability to lead active excursions
- First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Flexible schedule including weekends
