Job Description

We’re looking for a detail‑oriented, customer‑focused Service Writer to be the first face of our service department. You’ll translate customer concerns into clear work orders, set accurate expectations, and triage incoming walk-in customers.

⭐ What You’ll Do

• Create accurate work orders and clearly explain recommended repairs

• Provide realistic timelines, cost estimates, and follow‑up communication

• Check in bikes, tag them properly, and ensure smooth workflow for mechanics

• Perform basic mechanical repairs

• Help with parts lookups, special orders, and inventory coordination

• Strong communication skills and a calm, friendly presence

• Ability to explain mechanical issues in clear, approachable language

• Solid understanding of bicycle components and common service needs

• The ability to perform basic bike repairs and tune-ups

• Prior bike shop and/or service writing experience is a required
